Lori from Shanti Shala Wellness will guide you through a sound bath experience, allowing you to drop into a deep state of relaxation to support healing, balance and well-being. Wear comfortable clothing, and bring anything that will allow you to rest and restore - pillows, blankets, journal, and/or your favorite crystal.
